Returns are refunded back onto your original method of payment. . We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases, and of course feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling!
We accept returns postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date. Before you make your purchase, make sure to check out this list of non-refundable items:
- Returns postmarked after 30 days of the delivery date
- Any items marked “Final Sale”
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items; items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
- Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, hair accessories, bodysuits and beauty products
- earrings, necklaces, rings, etc.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund and/or send your items back if any items listed above are returned to us.
MISSED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES
While we strive to provide the highest level of service, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address details are provided for your order. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided. All orders that are returned to us due to incorrect information supplied by the customer (incorrect or incomplete address) will be processed as a normal return and issued store credit.
